Nah, Scott, you're missing the whole point.  He was obviously using a
magnetic energizer on his fuel lines, a K&N filter, a fuel ionizer, and a
tornado air swirler.  All these together improved his fuel economy so much
that unless he were to stop frequently to siphon some fuel out his tank
would overflow.  Obviously he had not stopped in time.  :-)
