Well, I might have posted too hastily.  Looking at the family album,
that item might be the bottom water tray (on which the air box is
bolted to).  The plastic cowling that covers the whole thing looks
like it should be the 811 805 097 part.  The illustration in the family
album is poor, though; as it doesn't really resemble the actual item.
