Suggestions for a Torque Wrench?

Anybody care to suggest a decent, but not too expensive, torque wrench? Where to buy it? Are there any dual scale ones? That way I can do both high torque and low torque  with one wrench? Like my knock sensor needs a low setting, but many other things need high.
