4kq brake problem

Hi Audifans,

I just bought an 86 4000CSq with an odd brake problem.  If I hit the pedal
hard, it feels firm and stops the car quickly.  If I ease onto the pedal it's
soft and goes to the floor before grabbing.  I bled all four corners, and
didn't see any fluid leaks.

Any thoughts?
