Hmmm ... that's funny. The Pierburg I installed on the BiL's car came with instructions and while there was a bit left to the imagination I was able to figure it out without any problem. I really liked the Pierburg's screen as compared to the swatch of screen clipped to the underside of the Audi pump I removed. I don't know how long it will last, but it is the quietest fuel pump I've seen ... at least for a CIS car ...

... the only screen that I found on the BiL's 2 cars ('84 and '88 5kS) was the one that was a part of the pump itself ...
