Problem in 5 cylinder, CIS-E experts?

Hey guys
So my non-turbo converted 5 cylinder cis-e vehicle is running really bad. If I start it, it idles fine. If I touch the accelerator at all the engine dies. Seems like it is getting enough fuel for idle but nothing more. I am thinking that there is something with the fuel injection that isn't working right. After the thing runs a little it works fine, but with less power than it used to have. Anybody have any ideas?
The turbo car is all set up, I just have to wait for my A/F guage to come and I can go tune it and smoke all 4 tires, well not quite but it will still be fun.
