016 Questions, Torsen

The 4kq and the vw quantum syncro both have 016 trannys with 4:11, though a syncro is harder to come by than a 4kq. You might be able to swap the center diff with the one from your CQ if the CQ has 4:11 gearing, which it better or else you have to swap the rear diff too. You might as well get the tranny for 60 bucks, you don't have much $$$ to loose. The torsen is nice sometimes, but I love hitting the gas in a turn and throwing out the back end:) although sometimes I'd really like torsen, like when I want to power through a corner, but it is unsafe to oversteer through it.
I don't remember if the 80/90 or the CQ has torsen in the FRONT diff too or only the CENTER. If they only had it in the center then it wouldn't be too hard to swap with your CQ I don't think.
