Sudden and massive power loss

Hello
Last night I replaced the hose on my JT turbo engine that connects the throttle body to the Callaway elbow. I test drove it and it had more power than ever, I guess I was loosing a lot of boost from the old leaking hose. Anyway I was very pleased. When I woke up this morning I tried to drive to get breakfast. The engine started fine and I was happy with how smoothly it ran and thought I had fixed everything wrong. I let the clutch out and tried to accelerate. After about 600 feet I was doing about 15 mph in first with the throttle all the way down. Something is seriously wrong. I get the same power from the lightest throttle as from full throttle. Do wastegates ever stick open? Even then, it has much much less power than stock. I would say it has no more than 40 hp max. It is un-driveable without being very dangerous. It has NO power. I don't see how anything could get into the intake system to create a restriction when it ran fine last night and the system is all sealed up.
Does anybody have any ideas?
Thanks a bunch,
Mike
