Air Bag Brain Installation (443 959 655E)

Hi,

the air bag brain (443 959 655E) needs replacement in my '91 Coupe. 

I dont even know where this thing is located. I know it's in the dash
somewhere. 

Please help me with how I can get to it and replace it with minimal hassle. 

How do I reset the airbag light after I install the new module?
