I've found the color codes don't match the Bose system that's installed.

There is one wire which the Bentley doesn't explain the relevance of...
It's a white/blue-stripe wire which goes to the 'differential lock
indicator' and cruise control circuit. I assume this wire was to provide a
pulse to cause the Delta radio to increase volume to compensate for road
noise?

There is also what appears to be an ignition noise filter choke mounted
under the steering column. I assume this filtered the +12V for the Bose
amplifier stages? If so, I plan to remove it since I've gutted the Bose
system. Is any other circuit using this filter?

A google search didn't result in any useful threads.

BTW, I have a (claimed working by PO,) Delta radio should anyone need one.
Make me a reasonable offer + shipping and it's yours.
