Bleeding coolant from exhaust bolt?

Hello all,

After a long hiatus I am back, not like any one missed me. But My 85 5kt is
leaking and I joke you not, coolant from the exhaust bolt at the far end of
the engine. The firewall side under the wastegate heat shield. The bolt was
loose so the leaking has slowed down but why would it leak in the first
place? How do I fix this?
