Both front brakes dragging, MC replaced

Hello!

I have a problem with my Quattro 100 CS 1994. Both front brakes are
dragging - even short trip causes wheels to heat up and they are
becoming black from the pads dust in about a week after I clean them.

Both wheels started doing this simultaneously, so I've initially
suspected master cylinder and not callipers. I've replaced master
cylinder, flushed brake fluid, but problem remains. I've looked at
callipers and did some testing in garage and they seem to release brakes
just fine.

Yesterday my wife (who is driving the car) told me that car went to skid
for no reason (well, she was turning and road was slightly wet, but
nothing really to cause skid).

I do not have other idea than to replace both front callipers. Is there
other possible reason for brakes to drag - something with ABS, vacuum
buster etc?

I would appreciate your help,
Alexander.
