the "triggering system" is the efi computer. the computer will pulse
the injectors at appropriate intervals based on the inputs that it
receives.
As far as using the CIS injector lines you'd have to get creative...
some kind of adapter that would connect to the 14mm o-ring system on the
top of the injector to the metric fitting on the CIS lines.. Then you'd
have to connect all those lines together at some point with a regulator
to vary the fuel pressure coming off the pump. If you wanted to go this
route it would be easier to make your own lines. This is non-ideal
however as a fuel rail is usually used to make for the most efficient
flow.

ok, now you lost me. so you are trying to trigger efi injectors by
modifying the CIS system? Forget it. I suppose Rube Goldberg could
probably help you here....
The only thing you could do is use a supplementary EFI computer to fire
an additional set of injectors when needed. Like this one:
