Wiring harnes swap for CIS-E3 (or other)

It actually isn't bad.  My BTDT is a little strange since I actually
separated the harness to ONLY use the ignition computer from CIS-III.
It is much simpler to swap the entire show if that is what you are
after.  Much like the MAC-XX harness swap, the basics of what you need
to connect are merely power, ground, and tach.  The rest is all hooking
up all of the engine bay side and the fuse box stuff.

For real specifics, I'd have to peek at my laptop which is at home.  I
may have a text file or two describing pin-outs.
