80 sunvisor removal

just did it on my 90 to remove the headliner.

there are two screws covered by a plastic plate.  You need to pry off
the plastic piece to get at the screws.  don't push your pry bar/screw
driver of choice in too far or you'll get under the clamp itself rather
than the plastic cover (it just grabs the edges).  The clip for the
visor comes off in much the same way:  plastic cover piece covering two
screws.  If you need to completely remove the clip you may need to pull
down the cover for the sun roof motor controls since the wiring harness
for the clip connects in there.  I was surprised to find wiring
associated with the clip but I guess that is how the power to the vanity
mirror is supplied, and not through the hinge side.
