Oil leaking near manifolds in 200TQ

Jim,
It was leaking prior to the TB change. The gasket was the correct
one (with the built in washers) and tight. I don't see any oil on the
top of the intake manifold either. I will check the turbo lines etc
just in case.
The leak is bad enough to get everything coating in give the lovely
aroma of burning Mobil one. :-)
