Shipping Weight:
The Shipping Weight is the weight of the vehicle as manufactured with optional equipment, but without an allowance for fuel.

Curb Weight:
The vehicle weight without the driver, passengers or cargo. This weight includes all the fluid levels topped up including a full tank of fuel and other items of standard equipment.

http://www.dictionary.com had a listing for curb weight, but not shipping weight:

curb weight (n.):
The weight of a fueled automobile with standard equipment but without cargo or passengers.

Here's where I picked up the weight of gas. Since I'm not a pilot I didn't know.

It would have to take 66 gallons of gasoline or so to make up the 400 pounds. There's the coolant and oil and such. How much would that be?
