Diff. lock switch conversion for '83 Ur Q

JMO, but if you're going to have to mess with it anyway I'd be looking for a 
cable actuated system of some sort.  It doens't take a lot of force to move 
the actual locks, so a lot of strength isn't needed.  My vac actuated 
systems have always been a little laggy- it'd be nice to click (lock) click 
(unlock).
