Hi!

You will need to get part number 037 133 555 A. Get them at your local 
friendly VW/Audi dealer. These are the plastic inserts. I think one needs a 
10mm Allen socket to remove the old ones. Pull the injectors, then just 
twist them out. Below the old brass inserts is a plastic tube that can be 
removed. Mine turned into a nightmare as they were pretty rotten after 
sitting in all that heat and fuel. They sought of just snapped into pieces, 
so I had to block the intake port to prevent the gunk falling into the 
chamber.

The new inserts went right in, no problem. They cost me about $2 each at the 
time (last year some time).
