A4 back on the road

The damage in the cylinder head looked like someone took a 1-1.5mm
round punch and hammered various parts of the head thousands of times.

It was definitely the center electrode of cylinder 1 that came apart and
traveled through the cylinders, we found the electrode in cylinder 4
with
similar marks in all 4 cylinders, 1 and 4 being the worst as it appears
that
the piece stayed in those cylinders the longest.
