banjo bolt -ps pump to rack -which type

I am replacing my rack. The install instructions that come with rack 
talk about red tag and silver tag hydraulic pumps.  The instructions 
list small hole and large hole banjo bolts.  I called two Audi dealers 
and both only had one part number for bolt- neither dealer stocked it.   
Can someone tell me what the purpose of the mentioned different bolts 
is/was? My small hole bolt did not have a screen in it before I plugged 
it at work so I could drive home without losing fluid out a leaking ps 
hose.  As I have installed new rack I do not want to cause damage to system.
