Sorry it requires a login....
Also, sorry about the attachments on the last one, there were some emoticons i forgot to take out :P
Since im bored at work, and this is such a contribution to the cause... i'll
copy paste the thread. Mine is the nicely formatted easy to read text. His
is the poorly written stuff. Starts with me, then its him me every other
one.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

You nailed it. Bluegrass has THE WORST staff i have ever met.
This is proved every so often when i decide to roll in to see the newest
Audi stash. They all come out and gawk at my car... one time a salesman
truly asked me "Is that an Audi?"
I nearly punched that douchebag.
And don't even think about scheduling any type of service... the service rep
will give you a lecture about how "busy" he is and he'll see if he can "fit
you in next week" and "blah blah im talking out of my ass." I mean COME ON
guys. I have an Audi, and I wan't it serviced... thats what you guys DO
right??
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------
you could take your coupe somewhere else and they could
order the wrong parts ,because they have never seen a coupe
quattro..........
and about scheduling weeks out we are the only dealer in the state.....
i want to take my car somewhere they say "we can get you right
in" BECAUSE no one wants their car serviced here.........
tells u alot about the shop..
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------
I've had them complain about servicing newer Audi's too, but that's besides
the point. Yes, i'd be happy to wait a week if they were nice. Instead they
try to make the customer feel like they should be thankful they will even
service their car.
I've had Bluegrass order more wrong parts than any other shop. I've seen
them perform more unneeded repairs than any other shop. All at the
customer's expense.
The only reason they're busy is because everyone's coming in for their free
warranty service. I wonder how many people that know what they're doing go
back after it expires.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------
youve had your quattro for what 6 months
and weve ordered you how many wrong parts .the only wrong parts were the
ball joint YOUR shop gave us the part numbers
on .
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------
So you work there?? By you saying "We" im gonna assume so.
Well then Holy God you just dug yourself a nasty hole.
NUMBER ONE:
You just gave out personal customer information.
NUMBER TWO:
The shop that ordered through you got the right ball joints only because he
knew what he was doing. I was in his office when he called. You guys went ON
and ON about other parts he "needed" to go with it. He said "NO, i want
THESE ball joints, with THESE part numbers"
NUMBER THREE:
Coupe Quattro? You mean Quattro Coupe. Get it right. There's 10 valves and 4
year difference between the two.
NUMBER FOUR:
I've been in with an 87 Coupe GT. You guys messed that up too, sold me parts
i didn't even need, and did service i didn't even need. I wish i had known
then what i know now.
Why don't you give out info on that one too. I'd appreciate it.
Thanks for proving my point there, Jason
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

its JUST a quattro ..accrding to audi
it doest matter if you put coupe before or after ..
you just proved my point HE CALLED WITH PART NUMBERS the
first time....
then i had to tell him what he needed...
why would i care if anyone knows i work at bluegrass parts
and my name is Jason???????
are you worried about giving your name and where u work?
WHO CARES.....
thanks for the plug..

According to Audi:
Quattro Coupe (link to audiworld historical)
Coupe Quattro (link to audiworld historical)
Those are from Audi of America though, and in no way represents the opinions
or beliefs of Bluegrass Audi...
Yes, he did call with the part numbers, and that's why he got the right
parts. I'm glad that got through to you.
I'll plug you anytime, buddy.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------------------------
if you look at your caption of your audi of america picture
i bealive it doesnt say anything about COUPE its just
a quattro . You might want to know what your selling their bud
..
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------
Why don't you look it up on your own software:
1983 Audi Turbo Quattro Coupe L5-2144cc 2.14L SOHC Turbo (WX)
1990 Audi Coupe Quattro 20V L5-2309cc 2.3L DOHC (7A)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------
touche(sp)..
need a job in audi parts...??
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------
Of course theres that line about arguing on the internet, and even if you
win you're still a retard. But this was too good.
