Performance Upgrade while Head's Off

remember there is other stuff to be done if fitting a 20v head... both
manifolds are different, and the entire engine management..... i guess you
could fit a pair of 20v manifolds, and rig up your own inlet tract to the
stock airbox, and fit the cis injectors somehow, but really you would want
to go full efi.. i believe a lot of the 20v power could be contributed to a
different ignition map.......... infact.... it would probably be easier and
cheaper to buy a whole 20v engine and loom..... or a turbo motor and loom ;)

So it seems like a 20V NA head will fit on a 2.3L NG block. Is this a "bolt
up" application or am I going to run into a lot of problems?

Secondly - This is a NON Turbo engine. Is the 8.5:1 CR more or less than
stock and how does it effect the performance?

Thirdly - I'm in upstate NY - Where can I find a 20V head in good shape and
how much is it going to cost me?

Thanks again

Scott
