Take the wheels/tires off and drop the car off the jack. That will move
them. If you care about the rotors or other parts of the car, lower it
gently. Just make sure you have enough clearance that nothing else hits
ground, or you should put bricks underneath the rotors...the weight of the
car may help to break them away from the hub.

Or just have it hauled away to the recycler.

As above, best thing to do is to drop it off the jack, or have it hauled
