Those scammers aren't exactly clever- I got a couple of those e-mails also.
The address is spelled wrong and the name of the so-called director isn't
Dutch but rather what a non-Dutch person would consider a Dutch name.
Oh, and the Lucky Day site (it's a proper lottery but you'd have to enter
to actually win) lists this scam explicitly.

The latest 419 I got is from China. Looks like the next virus (a flood of
scam e-mails) will be coming our way, as soon as his fellow countrymen
learn to use the Internet...
