It has its own pump.  While unfamiliar with its location on the type 44,
to find it, do this:  locate the throttle body.  There will be an
adjustable rod leading from the linkage to a vacuum servo (2-3" round,
with a cone-shaped rubber diaphragm).  That will have a hose going to
it.  Follow the hose to the other end, it will lead you to the cc vacuum
pump.
