[urq] UrQ MC1 Vacuum line question

Cap off any unused ports.

Also, as some hoses loop around through various devices in some cases, you really don't want any open lines - just to be sure cap anything off that is disconnected.

I will generally get engine started and running well, then add in the ancillaries like emissions, brake booster, AC vent control, whatever.
