4kq needs new suspension; spring q

I'm not sure of the differences between 80q and 90q.  I suspect
they are the same.   I also can not verify that 90q springs are
LESS sag prone.  But they are a little stiffer and longer so
even if they sag they will still sit more level and balance the
vehicle better than sagging stock 4kq springs.
