Springs CQ vs. 80/90Q's

Yes,
  Stiffer but also shorter.  If you were to put these on say, a
4kq for a stiffer rate then you would probably want to put them
on both ends.  I believe Shayne P. Is running CQ springs on his
4kq.  It sits a touch higher than stock FWIW.
