slightly dull reflector

I've got a line on a set of Euro H4 headlights for my CGT (not the H4/H1). I've been told they are in very good condition except for aslightly dull reflector on the drivers side. Is there any way to fix the problem? How serious do you think it is? Are the lights still likely to be better then my DOT lights with 9007 bulbs (I converted them from 9004)?
