[urq] Tire sizes for 200tq and urq

Tires with higher speed rating, at least V, will give you stiffer sidewall.
Summer tires might be stiffer than All season, though I have a V-rated set
of the latter with a stiff enough for me sidewall.

Also would like to thank everyone for the Cold fusion breaking suggestions -
heat and hammering the bejeezus out of it has worked, so we'll try more of
that, too.
