Using a 2 wheel Dyno in a 90q?

OK, I'm to the point where I need to get the car dyno
tuned for power, but also because emissions are due.
There is one AWD dyno in Denver at Autosport Werks
that will run me $125 for 2 pulls, and $100 an hr
after that. I'd use them, but one the price is all
wrong, two, I'd rather not use the type where you bolt
it to the wheels, I've heard conflicting things about
the accuracy of these, and three, I'm not sure they
are really set up for tunning for emissions.

Now there are quite a few 2wd dyno's in town. What
exactly do I need to do on my car for this? Pull the
two front driveshafts off, and manually lock the
torsen Diff, and disable the 15 mph cutoff? Or do I
need to pull the whole rear driveshaft and manually
lock the diff then use the front wheels?

Thanks,

=====
