Will Mandatory dyno testing kill quattro and 4wd?

We have 4wd dynos in St Louis, as well-the station near me has one.  It
is occasionally down (personally one for two), in which case they just
do the old test.  We get two-year tags; it's hard to imagine that
testing a car under load once every two years will improve overall
emissions performance.

Truly looks like monkey lads run the place-not very confidence-inspiring
to entrust them w/ my baby.  At least they have a large fan that swings
into place in front of the car.
