Doesn't sound too bad. I was quoted something like $680 to change the
T-belts on my S2. The S2 has an FMIC and an Aux. radiator in the way so
there is more to be removed.
Why does he suspect the TPS?

Hey! got a quote that it will take 5.7 hours and cost $400 labor to install
T-belt new lifters new water pump and change valve cover seal...how does
this sound to you guys? also he will check the TPS because my car has NO
