Eurolight adjusting dial

It's a Bosch aiming machine. It has adjustable mirrors that let you set
it to the right position in relation to the car's headlight and has the
cut off pattern drawn to a screen where you see you're light's pattern
superimposed over. I am in Calgary, Alberta.
