Well, I've never done 90 seats into a 4K, but I know how to do Trophy Recaro seats (from a Jetta) in a 4K. The tracks on the Jetta are also wider than a 4K. Basically you  heat up the rails/mounts on the seat with a torch then just bent them in. It just takes some time, bend them a little at a time and ty fitting, if still too wide, bend some more...

Hello all:

yesterday i was the happy recipient of a complete set of black leather seats
from a 90q, but i have a 4kq

the back seats i got on w/ few mods, and now i need to make a new rear deck,
but thats ok

My problem are the front seats, the 90 has a wider track than the 4k, after
examining the seats, the inside track is the same but the outside is wider
on the 90 seats.

Has anyone BTDT, or have any idea for a quick fix for this.
