Brake hoses for 80q g60 front brake swap

Does anyone have the correct brake hose application to use when swapping
the front of a 1988 80q over to g60 front calipers?  I assume it is either
the stock hose or a 5ktq/200q front hose?  The caliper and rotors are no
problem and seem to be well documented part number and application wise,
but I could not find the hose info in the archives.  I plan to use rubber
hoses since this is a street car.  This is part of my 5 bolt conversion to
5x112 hubs along with a g60 front caliper swap.  I will post the results
for the archives when it is done.

Any btdt's?
