CIS question Family car is DOA

Greetings,

It has been some time but my beloved 5KT is/was running. Anyways  I have
reason to believe that my fuel distributor is not flowing.

Here is what I know.

Fuel does flow out of the fuel filter, filter was replaced less than 5000
miles ago.

No fuel flows to the pressure regulator (located on the engine block) or
from it.

The frequency valve is "humming"

Engine cranks and will occasionly fire over. Nothing to get excited about.

I have pulled an injector (all replaced at the same time the fuel filter
was) and had an assistant crank the engine. There was no fuel exspelled from
the injector.

As this is the only family vehicle I have I would like to get this figured
out. We were diving a minivan but sold it to go back to the turbo.
