[urq] Durham NC - UrQ starting difficulties

The temperature of the engine seems to be unrelated as it can happen when
cold or warm. It reminds me of older american cars I've had that would get a
tight spot in the starter/flywheel whatever and not start seemingly
depending on how it all came to rest.

Anyway, I'm going to try to check the starter and see if it's the source.
