Driveshaft interchangability 5kq vs 200q

The drive shaft should fit with no problems at all. I have a 1987 5000cs TQ
and the drive shaft started to make noise from the center bearing. I had a 1992
S4 parts car sitting there so I took them both off and they looked almost the
same. If I remember the S4's drive shaft looked a little beefier next to the
5000's. The dimensions are the same. I have been running the 5000 like this
for 3 years or so. My 5000 now has over 235,000 miles now.

What your mainly concerned with is the length of the drive shaft, the
location of the center bearing and if the mounting flange(s) with line up with the
trans or rear diff your trying to put this on.
