Try "Gas Tank Renu".  Dealers around the country.  I used them for the tank
on a P 1800 here at the shop (used tanks, 800 and up!).  Much better than
the local radiator shops old standby coating process.  In your area, it's
ABC Radiator in Stockton, CA.  Easy people to deal with, quick turn around.
