86' 4kcsq CISE

Hello,

4k has been having electrical gremlins
etc.. primarily w/ fuel system etc..
We took out the Bosch #0280800134
CISE Jetronic control unit and
brown water came out! I believe this
came from a major rain last spring w/ windows left
open? Car has not been run much since.
If not where is leak usually on these ?
Also, where is good place to pick one up new or used?
does it matter? and or what else should be looked at in
conjuction w/ the CISE unit for damage ?
