Thank god for that, the cast manifold on the car is badly warped and cracked, who says that cracking is only for turbo cars!!!!

Though it probably wouldn't hurt to take a couple though off it until its
perfectly flat, its probably doesn't need it. If you can get it done easily
and cheaply, then I'd say go for it for sure, but these manifolds aren't known
for warping like the 10v turbo ones.
