Javad, I'll answer this but I'm making huge efforts in staying calm and
relaxed, because I really appreciate what you're doing for the Audi
community and for your own car but somehow I nearly got ....ummm.....
nervous I guess... oh well :-)

Well, then I guess most people who have agreed with the rule of thumb Mike
is using are wrong then? Then let's convert the RS2 K2672 compressor map
into lb/min and even though the further limit will be about 37 lb/min, will
you then say one can do 420 crank HP with it?

Well, there are some things for which I don't have evidence to back up what
I'm saying, but sorry to say this but I trust what MTM rate as "feasible"
and reliable more than what Hap did (sorry for Hap but I have yet to see
the dyno sheets of his car making 400wHP, have you seen any yet????), as
I've already stated in a previous s-car list post, MTM know what they are
doing and they are not taking any risks with their customers cars, some
people (tuners) try to know what they are doing and they possibly do it
well (and I'd like to consider myself as part of that "range" of people)
and there are also loads of people who think they are tuners but they have
no clue of what lies behind a Motronic fuel enrichment factor map for instance.

Well, be my guest, email Dahlbäck or MTM or Lehmann and ask what Hans
Dahlbäck, Peter Link or Heinz Lehmann will rate as reliable enough with
whatever turbo and injectors you like on an RS2 exhaust manifold. Of course
that exhaust valve melting could have been caused by dozens of things, but
when one doesn't tune with an EGT, it's one of the things that could
happen. I'm not saying 500 HP isn't possible with an RS2 EM, because my
Swiss friend did 480 but I just mean that it's not reasonable and that
exhaust manifold has its own issues.

No comment, I'll send hard data (logs from Vag-COM for instance) as soon as

Yup, I'll sure be pleased to forward everything to you and to the lists,
especially if I succeed making the put out 500 reliable HP.

Agreed, I might have been wrong WRT the 330 HP limit on the 3B and then I
stand corrected (dyno data to follow soon on that matter BTW) but the
Motronic has some limits that yet no programmer can overcome.
