High erratic idle 800 RPm to 1800 RPM: The continuing Idle weirdness saga...

A bit late but CLASSIC ISV symptom.
Carb cleaner the ISV or get a new one.
ISV = Idle Stabilization Valve.
Its a soilenoid valve to steady idle.
If air leaks by it then engine does all kindas of things like hunt for an
idle.

When I first bought the car it idled fine but within a day the idle switch
went dead.  I replaced it and all has been well since except that it would
idle,rock steady, at 1000 rpm.  Now two days after replacing the radiator
and the temp sensor it will idle anywhere between 800 and 1800 rpm.
