valve spring compressors? (and keeping the valves from falling out)

Well hey that was only my second one. I think I'm guna shoot for 2 on my
next one. Only problem is the dang thing is so hot when you try to lift it
off when cars only been sitting for 30min when heads ready to come off!
Seriously (actually I am serious about doin it in 2,but thats besides the
point) I figure when a head is due for seals its probbly could use some
cleaning up too. I could see what you mean when doing a set of new springs,
but for anything else I think its worth it to clean and reseat the valves
and such.

When I do my 2hr head job I'll be sure to have somebody take pictures for
proof!
