5k turbo parts for 4k

In your list, only the cam is "compatible" but I am not sure if
a swap would constitute an upgrade.  The '85 5K turbo engine is "KH",
but others have swapped in the cam from the '86 and later "MC" engine
and reported good results.

Since the 4K and 5K are completely different platforms, virtually none
of the body and interior parts will interchange, with the exception
of very small trim items like the inside door pull plates.
