Well Jim I am home now and have access to my manuals.  The 5k manual has
the info I think you need on page 13.6.  They specify 0.45-1.25 mm
(0.017 to 0.049 inch) clearance on the IGN sensor and 0.51-1.25 mm
(0.020-0.049 inch) for the RPM sensor.
