'91 200q20v Clutch Replacement Imminent

Hey folks,

For my '91 200Q20V

I believe a new clutch is in my future. Twice now I've had slippage
when pulling away uphill in second gear. Each time I was already
rolling so I didn't go for first gear.  The first time I thought it
was me, the second time and I'm convinced it's the clutch.

What are the recommendations for parts and where to get them. I'm not
doing the job myself, I don't have the time, too much travel and too
close to ski season.  My mechanic told me to get all the parts myself
and he'd put them in.

The OEM parts went 207,000 miles so I'm inclined to put them back in
but I'm open to suggestions. Whatever I get I'd like to get them all
as a package from one place (obviously not the local stealer who
charges list +10%)
