Cody,
  Thats not the point.  Its the Video he was referring to.  The
guy that did the F40 doing 200mph video got arrested like a year
or two AFTER the video was made.  The Video served as proof of
comitting the crime.
  Besides, even if you ride inot another county, they can still
arrest you.  Its not like the movies where the cop cars have to
stop right at the county line.  FOr speeds like that they could
get permission to cross the line in an instant, and would
probably have patrol units from the other county or state
waiting at the border to continue the chase.
